Lolo my Penguinsona

Last night, I made a new Penguin character after all these years. I wanted to make a Penguin, but just a funny, cute, green, and unusual penguin. Since my nickname in some places is Lolo, I might as well use the name and make this tubby penguin my "Penguinsona" lol.

I like Rockhopper Penguins (y'know with yellow hair, and they hop on rocks), and I figure I would not make him slender like I did with Milly Penguin. I am still trying to get used to coloring with sketched outlines...its the scanning part that is frustrating me right now.

This penguin has no story, nor does he have friends right now, just made him yesterday. He will probably just represent me and thats it, lol.

Cyan Winter Hat with 2 yellow strands at the end (Not Poms)
Yellow Earmuffs underneath Cyan hat
Cyan Scarf with yellow strands at each end

Body:

Yellow Rockhopper feathers/hair slightly above eyes
Green feathers
Cream White down feathers
Cream White down feather whiskers near beak, connected to the line where Green feathers and Cream White Down feathers meet

Features/Abilities?:

Is a Tubby/Fat Penguin
Enjoys Chinese Food over every single kind of food, even though he is not Chinese at all.
Is a Fast Swimmer somehow...
The Waddle to his step is big enough to the point it makes him look like he's trying to sidestep dance on DDR for the Playstation 2 when walking, but he's not...
Is a great hugger, and loves to hug and be hugged.
Is not young...and certainly not old/elderly. He is a young adult, and a kid at heart.
Winter is his favorite season...he refers to sweating in the 100 degree weather in summer as "Slowly dieing, somebody turn on the AC PLEASE, for the love penguins!".
