Description
I decided to turn my character "Billy" into a Madagascar Penguin.
Turns out alot of people are creating their own madagascar Penguin, so I thought I would join in.
To join in, I figured I would track down any custom Penguin I find around DA and draw them with my new around the block Madagascar Penguin character Billy.
Billy is not energetic at all, and always has his eyelids half shut like if he's tired. He's pretty boring, and always asks awkward questions.

This is good, UL! Once again, the detail you put into this is amazing. The feet especially. I need to start being more patient with my deviations if I'm ever going to catch up with you. (Impatience is my biggest flaw.)
I think I should draw Billy, again. I don't think I got his character down quite enough. Maybe I'll try drawing him as a penguin this time. . .
